Three-Phase Installation in Newham — NICEIC Electricians

Newham has the strongest three-phase demand of any borough we serve — its warehouses, industrial units, and logistics operations around the Royal Docks and Beckton run the kind of machinery that needs serious power. GFL Electrical design and install three-phase supplies, machinery circuits, and upgrades across Newham.

What three-phase is, and when you need it

Three-phase (around 400V) supplies far more power than single-phase and is essential for:

• Industrial machinery — motors, compressors, production equipment
• Warehouse and logistics plant — conveyors, loading equipment, large HVAC
• Commercial kitchens and heavy commercial loads
• Occasionally high-demand homes

Newham’s three-phase demand

• Warehouses and industrial units — Beckton, Royal Docks, and the borough’s industrial estates run machinery that requires three-phase as standard.
• Logistics and distribution — equipment-heavy operations needing robust, reliable supplies.
• Trade and manufacturing premises — where single-phase simply can’t cope.

Heavy commercial installations often pair with planned maintenance — see our commercial maintenance service.

The upgrade and install process

We assess your machinery and load, apply to the DNO for the supply or upgrade, and install the three-phase board, distribution, and dedicated machinery circuits to BS 7671 — managing the DNO and minimising downtime for working sites.

See our main three-phase installation service.
